Just visit our page, find the event for which you want a ticket, select your preferred seats, and follow the steps for online payment. After a successful transaction, the ticket will be sent to your

email address in digital format. Save the ticket on your phone and show your eco ticket at the event location.

You can pay for tickets using a payment card on our website or through a bank transfer. For card payments,

select this option during the purchase process and enter your card details (we accept Visa, Dina, Mastercard,

and Maestro). Additionally, if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, select that option and you will receive all necessary payment information.

Once your payment is confirmed, your eco ticket will be sent to your email address in digital format.

At the event, simply show your eco ticket on your phone or print it if you prefer.

Of course! We understand you may want to enjoy the event with friends or family, so we've enabled the option to buy multiple tickets at once. You can purchase up to 8 tickets in a single transaction, making it easier to complete the process all at once. If you need more than 8 tickets for the same event, simply complete the current transaction and then start a new purchase for the same or another event. This way, you can secure all the tickets you want without any hassle.

Your ticket will be delivered to the email address you entered during registration, and you can also download it from your profile in the 'My Events' section. This way, you can save it directly on your phone and have it readily available.

As an eco-conscious service, we support planet preservation, so there's no need to print the ticket. Simply display it

on your phone when arriving at the event, contributing together to environmental responsibility.

Refunds are possible in certain situations, such as cancellation, postponement, or significant changes to the event, in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
